We've received a lot of feedback and posts regarding problems you've encountered with AOL Mail. While my team doesn't support the AOL Mail product, we realize how important mail is to your daily life and how frustrating it can be when you encounter problems.
That said, we reached out to the AOL Mail team for guidance. So on behalf of the AOL Mail team, here are a few resources to help you get technical support and to provide you with a feedback outlet on the new AOL Mail product:
My Name is Lisa and I'm the Product Lead for AOL.COM. In short, I lead the team that designs, builds the new versions of AOL.com and make sure that current experience run smoothly. My mission (the team's mission) is to build the best home page for you and everyone that visits AOL.com. This is definitely NOT a one person operation. It takes a village! And I'll be introducing you to the team behind the scenes in the coming weeks.

3. Thank you for removing those annoying animated ads from the top of the e-mail window and putting them on the side where you can at least hide them by moving the window over. I find them most distracting and irritating. The static ads are fine. It's the animated ones that really get under my skin.
If there is any way to eliminate them completely, please let me know.

15. Big improvement, I'm using a fast computer and have a service provider that gives me better than T1 download rates so anything you do that puts content in front of me FAST is good. I also use the new Netscape as a home page on another browser and have to admit the my.Netscape page has really impressed me so the ability to customize the home page wit RSS feeds is a big plus.

16. New layout is fine but causing e-mail to be blocked, must wait for a screen which directs one to use the old version. If I could stop this new selection from showing, that would be great. It would be useful to allow users to stay on the old version until you get it right. Must wait at least 30 seconds to 2 minutes to let me use old version for viewing mail. That is a terrible way to have customer try the service.

18. just looked at the new version of your page....looks like yahoo. I like aol...don't like yahoo. Please don't get it too clattered. Too much of good things....is never any good. Whatever you d..is fine by me. i choose Aol.com a long time ago. I'll just have to keep up. All these pop up messeges from so far is not bothering me...eventually, you all are going to make it work smoothly. Thank you for the aimpage.com and the convenient button. Now it is easier to just tell those nosy characters on the poker tables where to find me/profile anyway..save the bothering while playing. Thank you, thank you.

19. Your service is at a new low. Can't read mail unless I go to the old one. Can't see the whole page, and the icon at the bottom that reads "AOL today" is blocking the page also making it difficult to read! Most importantly, I can't open the mail two out of three times! I'm about ready to give this up! This started happening when I opted for the "free AOL." It sucks.

I think I commented yesterday, but maybe it didn't get through. I like the new look and it is easier navigating
the Home Page. AOL is always thinking of new and exciting
ways to make using the Computer technologically friendly,
I truly appreciate it. As a senior citizen living in a
time where something new permeates the scene second by second
I stick with the familiar, that's why I will never switch
to another server. I may leave temporarily, as I have done,
but I will never switch!!
Thanks AOL
