We've received a lot of feedback and posts regarding problems you've encountered with AOL Mail. While my team doesn't support the AOL Mail product, we realize how important mail is to your daily life and how frustrating it can be when you encounter problems.
That said, we reached out to the AOL Mail team for guidance. So on behalf of the AOL Mail team, here are a few resources to help you get technical support and to provide you with a feedback outlet on the new AOL Mail product:
My Name is Lisa and I'm the Product Lead for AOL.COM. In short, I lead the team that designs, builds the new versions of AOL.com and make sure that current experience run smoothly. My mission (the team's mission) is to build the best home page for you and everyone that visits AOL.com. This is definitely NOT a one person operation. It takes a village! And I'll be introducing you to the team behind the scenes in the coming weeks.

21. I looked around quickly. I like the bigger buttons and not having to look around alot for what I need. I never liked the Key Word concept.
The easier the better. Straight forward, simple and easy to see(not all clutered up). For most of us our lives are clutered up enough without making things harder for us at home.
I must agree...I don't like all the pop-ups! If I want to see something I will click on it or not. I don't want it popping up in my face everytime I go over it. Thats anoying!

23. My box at home will soon be replaced, but I'm having compatibility issues with the 9.0 version of AOL (C++ errors). Only way I can access AOL now is through the web, which means many features are lost. Any ideas how to cope until the new pc is up and running?

24. I've been experiencing problems with opening my email on certain computers with the new aol mail beta program. On some computers it works fine but on others it won't let me open any mail or perform certain tasks.

26. I really do not like the new set up. Especially when trying to get email. First there is the pop-up window to getting the mail that I have to close (I guess this is to feature someones advertisement), second, it doesn't allow me to treat email separately without having too many steps to get there. I like the blue color before and the way it was, I think it was easier to navigate. I prefer aol as my homepage it just has some challenges--that is all.
Thanks
SOG

27. currently i'm still paying for this service, which used to be a decent one. now it sucks.i can't read more than 1 email before it shuts down, then i have to sign in again to read 1 more, then surprise, it shuts down again. you have got to be kidding me.and the whole format blows, i actually have to read a message i probably would have deleted anyway because the synopsis is impossible to fathom unless you read the whole thing.needless to say i'm not a happy camper.

29. Unfortunately... the "New AOl" hasn't worked for me so far!
It takes longer to do everything now, and I dont like tabs in front of things I am trying to read or get to. I liked the old AOL so much better. It was simple, user's friendly, a much better set up, faster, and totally uncluttered!

30. As a subscriber to AOL ever since the days when they gave out new AOL t-shirts to every new subscriber, I can honestly say that I have suffered through all of AOL's the changes and additions in their attempts to make it easier to use or more user friendly. Unfortunately, most of these changes have made using AOL more difficult and confusing. I know they mean well, but why not try usability studies on a select number of users before unloading it on all of us? Please, how can we convince AOL that if it's not broke, they shouldn't keep trying to fix it? Today, AOL is still the best service available -- but a couple of others are catching up and may soon be passing -- and they charge less.

31. As nice as the home page looks it is totally irrelevant to me if I cannot get to my mail. I can get the information seen on the home page at other sites. I've been an AOL member since 1995. I need my mail puulleeezzzzzeee.

32. Why can't AOL stop with all these new pages.I had to go back to 8.0 because 9.0 VR did not remeber my cookies.Sometimes ot remebered & then while I am actually working I see I lost my cookies to all mt sites. What is up AOL you try to bring so many new features but there are still bugs with older versions.

35. what is wrong with the folks at AOL? this new email mess is a joke, it is super slow, keeps popping up their stupid "news" which we don't want to see or read, keeps generating errors, and is like a childs cartoon page now. please bring back good old normal email, at least as an option for those of us who have a brain and don't need this "overly simple" cartoon presentation with all the cutesy animations and popups and CRAP. no wonder so many people hate AOL and are moving to other service providers.

37. I can't get my mail!!!!!! I am having the same problem as many others. I delayed going to the "new AOL" and I'm sorry I eventually did it. I've been a very long term user, but I'm looking elsewhere now. Is there any way I can get rid of the new version and go back to what was working? I mostly use e-mail so all the other bells and whistles are pointless if I can't get my mail.
Please reply.
