We've received a lot of feedback and posts regarding problems you've encountered with AOL Mail. While my team doesn't support the AOL Mail product, we realize how important mail is to your daily life and how frustrating it can be when you encounter problems.
That said, we reached out to the AOL Mail team for guidance. So on behalf of the AOL Mail team, here are a few resources to help you get technical support and to provide you with a feedback outlet on the new AOL Mail product:
My Name is Lisa and I'm the Product Lead for AOL.COM. In short, I lead the team that designs, builds the new versions of AOL.com and make sure that current experience run smoothly. My mission (the team's mission) is to build the best home page for you and everyone that visits AOL.com. This is definitely NOT a one person operation. It takes a village! And I'll be introducing you to the team behind the scenes in the coming weeks.

381. Apparently you've stopped supporting AOL Communicator. I loved that mail client and it is what has kept me happy with AOL for a number of years. Now, not happy and have developed alteratives. You should consider bringing it back so we don't have to mess with AOL webmail or whatever it is.

382. Finally, I am using Thunderbird to bypass the web mail lays and it works well...incoming. I have not figured out how to get AOL to accept outgoing messages, so I am using gmail for outgoing. YOu see where this is heading, right?

I try to e mail my brides and half the time I can't get the rply button to work , if I try ti get mail t just spins with a blank screen. Who ever did the design for this new AOL with its cutesy tootsey face and shapes ought ot get alife.....the new AOL stinks...it so slow....I wish I could go to another server anyone have any suggestions.

384. At this time in the open ride aol I can not get into my e-mail almost everytime. When I try to sign on the passwaord that is shown is twice as long as my true password. Now how does the system do that with a password? I am about ready to dump the open ride program. However I do like this format.

386. aol stinks each time you change format it has problems, do you have anything to do with fema?or are you outsourcing to other countries to save money? did you even think this through before you change things that are working well?

387. Way too slow. Contact list a pain now. Much easier before. Nothing in getting to your email and loading anything is fast enough. I said it before, and I'll say it again, WHY CORRECT WHAT WAS WORKING JUST FINE? Your new AOL Beta system is horrible in all aspects.

388.
All of a sudden I have a new e-mail page design. It is too
wide and I can not view all my messages at once. When I try
to forward a message to my friends their e-mail address does
not pop up when I enter the first letter of their address. I
definitely do not like it. Please change it back to what it
was...PLEASE!

389. Man, this new e-mail...I don't need all this stuff. Can't I just have an option to set the old version as my DEFAULT? Yahoo did the same thing and I use the old version. It worked and continues to work fine for simple purposes.
Your new e-mail is sooooo slow. I have a new computer. It's not the computer or my connection because the experience is the same no matter where I log in.
I hate over-designed, complicated things. Why can't I have an e-mail client that allows to me to read, write and send? That's all I need! I don't need the latest nuclear aircraft carrier and I don't need the news and all your other content hooks intruding.

391. I hate it, I'm ready to jump ship and I've been an AOL customer for many, many years. When I go to check my email, my system shuts down and has to reboot, very annoying! I have a new Dell computer but when I go to sign onto AOL it takes forever to sign on, so frustrating. That spyware and the other annoying features are just slowing down the computer's response....it's HORRIBLE!
