Getting Help with AOL Mail Issues

We've received a lot of feedback and posts regarding problems you've encountered with AOL Mail. While my team doesn't support the AOL Mail product, we realize how important mail is to your daily life and how frustrating it can be when you encounter problems.
That said, we reached out to the AOL Mail team for guidance. So on behalf of the AOL Mail team, here are a few resources to help you get technical support and to provide you with a feedback outlet on the new AOL Mail product:
- Mail Tech Support Msg. Boards: Provides an easy way to get technical assistance and features solutions to commonly reported AOL Mail issues. You can also post your specific mail issues and members of the AOL Mail support team will respond. Again, the above links are the best resources to find information about and comment on the AOL Mail product. Posting feedback and issues on the AOL Homepage blog will prevent you from getting direct and timely support from the Mail team.

402. finally got my email to work, but that only lasted a couple of days not it will not load on my mac again
I pay for the email service and don't think aol is worth the frustration. I don't have any problems with yahoo mail

403. I really hate the new aol mail set up. It has made it impossible to find the email addresses to insert in the mail. The box is slooooooow. The box is no replacement for the old way of just typing a few letters and finding the address you need. This new format stinks and I wish you would stop inventing the wheel. The original was great and easy to use. This new format really is awful.

409. I am away on vacation & I see 100 email messages flying back & forth among my work colleges. I cannot open any of them to read whats going on. Not only is it frustrating but I'm the executive director & I feel all hell broke loose & terrible decisions are being made.

410. I have been unable to access my aol email from work for over a month now. When I log in, it comes up with an error page. I have talked to the computer folks here and they've made no changes and are positive the problem is from your end. We use Internet Explore and Mozilla Firefox at work and I can not open my email on either one. If I use someone elses computer who has an older version of aol mail access on it, I can get on, but not on any computers with the newer versions.
This is very frustrating beyond belief. Please reply to my email ASAP.

411. I'm sick to the stomach! I don't know what is happening to aol lately, everytime I try to get on line I get this mail blog that was posted on 9/1/07 about a child molester. Everyday I have to see his ugly face. It's also a section for Wine House Bloddy Mess! Is there a hiden message for anybody out there? or this is only happening to me. Pls tell me what to do I DON'T WANT TO SEE THIS BLOG ANYMORE!!!!!!! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

413. Takes forever to get AOL to come up. Keep getting message for AOL to install something to help. This was done several times and never helped.

414. There are people all across the country having problems with AOL MAIL and it not opening or saying Error Code COFE1801. This is so disturbing. I have read over a thousand complaints on other sites that this has been going on for a few weeks. And on top of error codes the whole aol shuts down. This is so hard on my company. This is truely a mess. I liked the old aol mail better. If you go to aol mail and error appears, go to the post board and see all the people upset with this. Communication is our life line. My husband is in Iraq and I NEED THE mail to open properly.

415. I just want to read me e-mail, if I wanted to read the news I would read it on the news page NOT the mail page. Just one more step to take when reading me mail.

416. I had to create a new e-mail address because I tried to change my password on both of my other ones for security reasons and now I can't get to either of them. In trying to replace the password it says it is sending the rest of the information to my e-mail account which I can't get open. I am really mad. The information on one account as far as birthday and such doesn't match anymore. How can I get them open. I have business on both and this sucks.

419. This is mind numbing, I can't get into e-mail. The only reason I go to AOL is e-mail. I couldn't give a crap about panels or colors or news all I want is my e-mail.....
