We've received a lot of feedback and posts regarding problems you've encountered with AOL Mail. While my team doesn't support the AOL Mail product, we realize how important mail is to your daily life and how frustrating it can be when you encounter problems.
That said, we reached out to the AOL Mail team for guidance. So on behalf of the AOL Mail team, here are a few resources to help you get technical support and to provide you with a feedback outlet on the new AOL Mail product:
My Name is Lisa and I'm the Product Lead for AOL.COM. In short, I lead the team that designs, builds the new versions of AOL.com and make sure that current experience run smoothly. My mission (the team's mission) is to build the best home page for you and everyone that visits AOL.com. This is definitely NOT a one person operation. It takes a village! And I'll be introducing you to the team behind the scenes in the coming weeks.

64. I think that this new webpage is great and easy to use and i love it. I have been with aol for about 3 years and i think that it's great because you can read up on the hotest new fabs and styles and read whats going on in the world and you can listen to music or instant message people or even use e-mail. I think it's great and i love it and i think that the new home web page for aol is great!

66. Your web page is very stupid I liked how it looked before
and anyway it is the exact SAME as yahoo and if any of us wanted to use Yahoo dont you think we would be using it already? Also its very very very very very very SLOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think AOL shouldnt have to copy anyone. I alwaysed like AOL for being diffrent and for having so many great things so why now change???? The other old home page was better and always will be better! I think that if you dont change the home page soon the you will lose lots of users and trust me I WILL BE ONE OF THEM if things dont get starightened out. the new home page is very RIDICULIOUS! thank you for reading and just please fix the home page ASAP.

67. Spell check trashes my writings. Entire sentences disappear. AOL drives me nuts--why it cannot be the leader? I think it is too old and the people working for AOL use Gmail. IF they used AOL for their mail, we would not be having these kinds of problems.

Get my mail back to me.

69. The print on your articles is too small. I am going to other sources that use larger fonts. Is there a way to enlarge it that I am missing? BTW --this is a nice, sharp, professional look.

74. I've tried your new format for the last few days; I hate it. I can't get my e-mail. I can't get to the information I want or need with any speed at all.
This is horrible for my business. Please change back to the old format.

76. Been a subscriber since the begining. Have always used AOL because in my opinion it was so user friendly, even during the many changes over the years. HOWEVER, now it hangs up my computers, PC and lap top, takes forever to send email. I may as well still be using dial up. LOLOLOL. With all the changes being made to AOL my computers were becoming slugish and running in slow motion. Someone suggested I uninstall AOL which I did and now they are running great. I am going through the internet to get onto AOL. Too bad because I liked the AOL format.

77. Maybe they think apppealing to the young crowd who loves relentless pop-ups and eye-candy is savvy. The News now is just a joke (navigation and format) and my email is ridiculous to access. This is going to be a costly decision for them. I'm finding another ISP right away! This, after 16 years of being a faithful customer. Thanks AOL!

80. Speed in opening AOL mail is exceedingly slow (almost as slow as dialup) and I am using a high speed connection. Also some of my friends, especially in Canada, say they do not get emails I send to them, yet there is no "CANNOT DELIVER" emails sent back to me. I have no problem getting emails from them. What's wrong with this picture?
