We've received a lot of feedback and posts regarding problems you've encountered with AOL Mail. While my team doesn't support the AOL Mail product, we realize how important mail is to your daily life and how frustrating it can be when you encounter problems.
That said, we reached out to the AOL Mail team for guidance. So on behalf of the AOL Mail team, here are a few resources to help you get technical support and to provide you with a feedback outlet on the new AOL Mail product:
My Name is Lisa and I'm the Product Lead for AOL.COM. In short, I lead the team that designs, builds the new versions of AOL.com and make sure that current experience run smoothly. My mission (the team's mission) is to build the best home page for you and everyone that visits AOL.com. This is definitely NOT a one person operation. It takes a village! And I'll be introducing you to the team behind the scenes in the coming weeks.

83. My opinion hasn't changed. AOL is constantly changing, without ever improving anything. The changes only aggrevate, never help. If the people at AOL knew anything about the jobs they are suppose to be doing, they would quit changing things for no purpose other than making a change. AOL needs to fire them and get some competent people in their places.

84. I'm getting really tired of waking up every morning and finding a "new and improved" AOL layout to navigate before I've had my second cup of coffee.
With this most recent "improvement" I don't like having to close a window before I view my mail.
How about asking customers if they'd like to update to the latest and greatest layout before taking the liberty of changing it without notice or customer input.--you may be surprised at how many people say, "No, thanks."

85. I just finished posting saying I don't like the way aol is constantly changing for no reason. After reading some of the other responses, I need to add that my computer is often slow or freezes. I thought that was the result of a virus eventhough I have my security set on the high. I see that other aol users are having the same problem and they seem to think it's aol's system that is causing it. Can't you people clean up your act?

86. This is ripoff of Yahoo.com. Is this a google brain child idea? This is dumb, i'm not going to use your site just on the principal that its a ripoff of someone else's.

93. aol is my home page and when I bring up the internet it will not bring up aol home page. It says this page cannot be found. How am I suppose to get on the internet and to my email when my home page will not come up? I also hate the ads that cover up my address book. Does that make sense to you. Please fix the problem or I will have to go to another home page and then maybe change my email address. This is REALLY a big problem for me. I went with aol because they had a good reputation, but now I am wondering about the wisdom of my decision. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

96. Thanks for trying. You simply cannot please everyone with just one main page option. I agree with some of the comments that the 'improved' new page tends to try to appeal to those with only new beginnings or those whose mentality falls below the curve. Perhaps there could be a selection of main pages other than what is being offered for those who do not wish to wade through the sensational blurbs, etc. You may be quite surprised that there is a growing number of more educated and mature subscribers hoping to discover new information about science, markets and even politics. Newspapers are becoming less and less an option and mainstream television is dominated by the interests of corporate giants.

97. I have been trying to figure out how to delete e-mails with your new system. I use to be able to just hit delete, delete, delete etc to keep deleting messages as it scrolled down. I don't seem to be able to do this under the new system. It would take me hours to delete hundreds of messages now it appears. You surely don't have to have each message download to the screen to delete it. If you have to do that then --- bye bye.
