We've received a lot of feedback and posts regarding problems you've encountered with AOL Mail. While my team doesn't support the AOL Mail product, we realize how important mail is to your daily life and how frustrating it can be when you encounter problems.
That said, we reached out to the AOL Mail team for guidance. So on behalf of the AOL Mail team, here are a few resources to help you get technical support and to provide you with a feedback outlet on the new AOL Mail product:
My Name is Lisa and I'm the Product Lead for AOL.COM. In short, I lead the team that designs, builds the new versions of AOL.com and make sure that current experience run smoothly. My mission (the team's mission) is to build the best home page for you and everyone that visits AOL.com. This is definitely NOT a one person operation. It takes a village! And I'll be introducing you to the team behind the scenes in the coming weeks.

101. Sorry AOL, you once again have proved the old saying, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it", but in your case it should have been "If it ain't broke, DON'T BREAK IT!!!!"
Personally, I think the new format sucks. I hate the mail service. I hate the new format with the homepage and I really hate the comment section. I was always on the fence about keeping AOL, but now I think I am finally going to cut the umbilical cord and send AOL on it's way, once and for all.

102. I used to use AOL as my browser. I liked all the neat features and personalized service. I loved the AOL chat as well. About six months ago I noticed my computer really slowing down. I talked to some tech geeks and they immediately asked if I had any AOL software on my computer. I said yes and they began to scream at me to get it off. Once I took AOL off my computer, my start ups were faster, my computer no longer lagged heavily. I thought things were going to be OK because I was able to get everything through AOL.com, but now with the new changes everything sucks again. Nice job AOL. No wonder your stock certificates are being used as toilet paper world-wide.

103. the recent series of updates has rendered my e-mail slow and uonsive. i have dsl, but response times are now what they were when i first adapted to e-mail elevemn years ago. i'm not sire what aol is trying to accomplish, but it is clearly not resulting in better (or even equal) service. i may be at the end of my patience with this dinasour.

104. This now looks like Yahoo. The previous format was more attractive and engaging.

105. Everytime someone wants to enhance their resume they screw around with the homepage and take pride in their work....the only thing actually accomplished is to confuse everybody! More is NOT better! Change is not necessarily improvement!!
Keep it SIMPLE!

106. The new version is godawful and has been from the start - I've never seen such corporate incompetence and utter disregard for the inconvience inflicted upon users. It wasn't broke and you "fixed" it awfully. Have started using Gmail and it hasn't frozen on me once and operates swiftly without all your stupid emoticons - how could you roll this out if it was laden with bugs?! Nothing's been resolved since I first started complaining. Incredible. And please, how about a link to an older version that still worked for those of us who would prefer it? No, that would be considerate and efficient, and obviously, that's too much for you to handle. Thanks for nothing; AOL stinks.

107. THE NEW FORMAT STINKS. YOU CAN NOT EVEN READ YOUR MAIL NOR CAN YOU CLOSE OUT A SINGLE E-MAIL WITHOUT SHUTTING DOWN THE INTERNET. I WILL BE CANCELING MY SERVICE ASAP

109. I don't like it at all. I think AOL should spend its time and efforts at providing better service and more access numbers, rather than these gimmicks.
Futhermore, I'd like AOL to stop sending me updates everyother day. I'm force as a dialup customer to indure all these downloads and messages that I can't connect unless I download them.

116. The new AOL mail system sucks. It is slow, cumbersome, unresponsive and spastic. Only moments ago I clicked on the e-mail at the top of the directory in order to open it; instead, an e-mail opened that was halfway down the directory, not even close to the one I clicked on. I don't want to sit here looking at symbols for moustaches and whatnot while the clock ticks away before the mail comes up. I cannot believe that in 2007 you would re-design something as vital as e-mail to be slow and unresponsive, when it used to be fast and effcient. I don't need any introductions to my e-mail. I want to be able to log on quickly--now impossible, as I have to wait for that annoying whirling colored disc to make a few reps befoe the cursor starts blinking and allows me to enter my name before the process is repeated for the password-and then I want to be able to open, delete and/or move e-mail around into other folders, none of which is easily accomplished anymore. This is awful, and I am, finally, preparing to move to another e-mail service. This is going to take awhile, but I have at least started the processing. I need an e-mail system that works;; this one doesn't. And I am through with AOL once and for all. How could you do this?

117. The new aol mail loads so ridiculously slowly, I cannot WAIT 20 seconds between every function while i'm at work..
I won't upgrade at home at all. As soon as possible, I'm cancelling my aol service. 24 bucks a month for ADS to take half a minute to pop up and waste my time, whenever I hit send? NO thank you.
