We've received a lot of feedback and posts regarding problems you've encountered with AOL Mail. While my team doesn't support the AOL Mail product, we realize how important mail is to your daily life and how frustrating it can be when you encounter problems.
That said, we reached out to the AOL Mail team for guidance. So on behalf of the AOL Mail team, here are a few resources to help you get technical support and to provide you with a feedback outlet on the new AOL Mail product:
My Name is Lisa and I'm the Product Lead for AOL.COM. In short, I lead the team that designs, builds the new versions of AOL.com and make sure that current experience run smoothly. My mission (the team's mission) is to build the best home page for you and everyone that visits AOL.com. This is definitely NOT a one person operation. It takes a village! And I'll be introducing you to the team behind the scenes in the coming weeks.

121. Why mess a good thing up!...I like it the way it is because it's easy to get around in and thats why I chose it in the first place...The new AOL looks to much like that complicated yahoo mumble jumble...JUST STATING MY HONEST OPINION.

122. I find the new changes anything but user friendly. I have had nothing but problems navigating thru my mail and sending mail. I don't like anything about the new system. I love it when the new system shows that I don't have mail and then when I check anyway, I find that I have 15 unread e-mails. The new lay-out does not work well with the human eye as you've got options everywhere on the page and when I sign in under another of my accounts, it is all set-up differently. Maybe it is time for me to me on...........

125. I am very unhappy with one change that has occurred. I play clubpogo every day and with the new page you have to go 3 places before you can get into clubpogo, why is this?
other than this problem the web page is looking good.

127. The page looks good, but it takes me three steps to get into Club Pogo which I play on every day. Why is this? Can something be done to correct this problem? Thank you

128. This new format is horrible. It NEVER loads the mail on the first try, you have to do this over and over. In addition you can scroll down as the page doesn't fit on the screen correctly. Why didn't you leave well enough alone? Is this all about space for more advertising?
What about customer satisfaction?

129. The "New" AOL looks alot like the "old" Yahoo! It just does work as smoothly. Email...forgetaboutit!! I was a member since the AOL 4.0 or 5.0 days (6.0 was my favorite). Now that I have cancelled my subscription I feel like I am now getting what I pay for. I hope you get your problems straightened out before the Summer ends.

130.
I don't like the layout at all - it's so...juvenile, something my eight year old grand daughter might find appealing. All that space and pretty colors - I am not feeling this plus, it changes too often and each change is worse. And I'd like to see everything in the space of the screen, not have to jiggle the thing from left to right.

132. I used the email today for the first time and it sucks. It took me approximately 5 minutes for each email to load and even then, some would not load and timed out. I do not like it. I was very pleased with the prior set up, but not this.

133. I like this new set up. Its easier then trying to find a new site everything is right at your fingertips. Thanks AOL.

135. It stinks that you have removed a screen name that I need, but check only rarely. How do I get email sent to that name???

136. will you stop changing things just for the sake of change!!!!why do users have to learn a new system every year or so???and when are the favorites/heart icons coming back???i think there are too many high salaried geeks working there and are just trying to justify their jobs!!!

137. It's fantastic. Everything I need is on one page and I don't have to go searching for it along my favorites bar. Keep up the good work.

138. Except for pop-ups, I don't mind the new look. However, would it hurt to put the current date at the top?
Think about it.

139. Sorry to say the new AOL format is awkward, clumsy, and slow.I'm actually thinking of giving AOL up. There is just too much time wasted to retrieve, answer, delete and save mail.

140. i cannot stand this "new, improved" aol. i have to wait anywhere from 5-10 minutes to check my e-mails while staring at those "smile, sticking out tongue" faces while i wait....and wait.....and wait! please, please, please tell me that i can somehow go back to the old aol. please?
it would be lovely if one had a choice
