Based your feedback, it's clear that one size doesn't fit all. That's why we created two homepage layouts so you can choose the experience that works best for you; the three column layout (our new default view) or the two column layout that's similar to the previous version of the AOL.com Homepage.
To change your homepage layout, just click on the page icon at the top right corner (next to the color picker) and your homepage will refesh to display the appropriate layout.

We we hope you find the feature useful. Let us know what you think!
Best,
Lisa

21. I have been really disappointed by AOL's continuous efforts to "update" their service. I have used MAC system 9.2 for years and have only just upgraded to the new IMAC. Now I can't get into my old aol mail that I used to be able to save and read off line because you no longer offer the classic product, which, may I remind you, got you the tremendous numbers of MAC users to stick with AOL. You remind me of my four year old grandson who just "has to break all of his toys that work". Please stop breaking my toys, reestablish your classic aol for those of us who still want to go back and use it on older systems, and stop fixing things that ain't broke. Who is it in your office that has to keep changing things??? Fire them!

23. I don't like it at all. I wish you would go back to the layout of the previous one. It was wonderful and able to read like a newspaper. This is a mess.

26. I agree with the majority, here. This absolutely SUCKS! There are extremely important messages in my in-box that I can't access. You guys seriously need to stop making so many changes. It's quite annoying. I think I'm going to close my aol account this week- as soon as I'm actually able to check my important messages that I can't read at the moment.... Thanks a lot AOL- you SUCK! If you guys actually even read these comments.. I very seriously doubt it.

29. The new aol sucks. I use to be able to right click on an address and add it to my contacts now I dont know what to do, except type it all out! You all make to many changes and it takes a while to get use to them all over again. I cant seem to find my quick access to my IM (like I use to). And all my favorites that I had cant seem to find them either. At least with all the other changes you all have gone through the one thing I could find was my way around now I cant seem to do that. Please dont make this permenant!

31. Not an improvement.
I have no interest in Britney Spears on my home page every day. I have no interest in shopping, etc. Why not be like yahoo and let me choose which categories i want to see... and what info appears in those categories.

39. Just glad I'm not the only one who hates your new format.
It toally sucks. Not smooth at all. One day you had contacts
with name on the right side to edit, not their gone,
now u have this crazy list on the left side under contacts
and the whole list comes up, not just the one I would like to
select.
Here's a good question, how can you export your e-mail list
to a better server that's more functional.??????YOU CAN'T...
RIGHT///?????????? WISH I COULD GET AN ANS. ON THAT.
The system is slower. Why change, when the system was working
for everyone.
