Based your feedback, it's clear that one size doesn't fit all. That's why we created two homepage layouts so you can choose the experience that works best for you; the three column layout (our new default view) or the two column layout that's similar to the previous version of the AOL.com Homepage.
To change your homepage layout, just click on the page icon at the top right corner (next to the color picker) and your homepage will refesh to display the appropriate layout.

We we hope you find the feature useful. Let us know what you think!
Best,
Lisa

61. Hoe do I stop the Take the tour box from popping up everytime I go to the new homepage? I don't want to take the tour and I don't want to see it all the time!!!!
Since I am adding a comment who is obsessed with Rosie at AOL and why do they think we give a crap what the hell she is doing or saying?????

63. I agree with the above comments--the page is awful. The news portion is in terrible taste--the comments on Oprah and Britney were disgusting!

64. Hurry up and return to the old format. When I select a fovorite, I get Cox mail. I do not care to sign in to read my mail. It has taken me years to learn all and now a basically have to start over again. I hace to redo a favorite to get it to work. My time is valuable and I do not like Google to take over. Goggle paid AOL milions to get in.
I just taught a friend how to use IM no more. Now we both havr to re lrearn all these simple things. I WANT THE OLD FORMAT

66. Super user-unfriendly. When I click on a news story to open it the page goes blank! Before it was slow. Now it is non-existent. What gives?

67. You guys are cheap, you know that. I used to always come here for my news, but I'm getting sick of headlines like "Singer raped in public bathroom, aborts kids. Who is she?" Tabloid is what it is. Sickening, sad, cheap, ridiculous tabloid. I'm going to msn from now on.

70. This is just like Yahoo's! design. Yahoo! nailed it, so it makes sense that it would be copied by others. I guess MS is trying to make people use their product because it mimicks the best. Good luck AIM/AOL. Yahoo! has you beat so far, but this is a good try in the right direction. I have not seen anything so far that will compell me to switch my homepage yet. Good try though! Thank you. Tom.

72. Try not to be complicated. Simplicity is the key! Ease of use is the primary concern of users like me. Don't add features that are not necessary. Important news for liberals and conservatives alike is needed to be present on the e-mail homepage. You guys are doing a great job trying to catch-up to the industry leaders. Please don't be discouraged by the negative feedback. You're going in the right direction and people will just have to aqdjust to new and better ways to deal with their e-mail. Good job AIM!!! Please try to incorporate e-mail forwarding in the mean time. That could be one of the reasons people don't like the new changes! Contact me anytime to help with suggestions or help in making progressive changes. Remember, we all know that Yahoo! has everyone beat right now, but that could easily change with a little creativity. Thank you - Tom.

73. When you open aol you get a homepage with all news articles. When you open you mail you get the same page. Why do you have to repeat yourself. When I open my mail that's what I want to see, not the same previous page aleady read. Like a lot of others, I don't like change. If its not broke why fix it.

76. Why does the page keep jumping when you either click to advance to the next picture or news section (that's on the homepage)? It is extremely annoying. Other than that, I don't care one way or another.
