Based your feedback, it's clear that one size doesn't fit all. That's why we created two homepage layouts so you can choose the experience that works best for you; the three column layout (our new default view) or the two column layout that's similar to the previous version of the AOL.com Homepage.
To change your homepage layout, just click on the page icon at the top right corner (next to the color picker) and your homepage will refesh to display the appropriate layout.

We we hope you find the feature useful. Let us know what you think!
Best,
Lisa

121. I don't like it. the e-mail throws the first letter into "old" mail; too many aol pop-ups; too much 'not responding' delays; still need a magnifying glass for much of the welcome page. Change is NOT always good

122. Way too many changes too often. Just when you get used to it...everything gets rearranged. And tell me why I must answer to a popup to "take me there" every time I open my laptop. Not a big fan of same window email either. In fact not a big fan of AOL lately. Had my screen name/address for +11 years and starting to think its time has come. Sure, change is good, change is a part of life, but for christ sake ENOUGH WITH THE CHANGES!!!!!!!!! Get it right and end it.

123. Absolutely cannot stand on aspect of the new mail! Loading is slow if it loads at all, I do not want little cutesy icons before laoding my mail. when i sign into my mail, i want my mail - i do not want three steps to get to it. loading at any given time is too long!! I said I would stay, but I am days away from checking out. AOL could eventually be in the midst of a crash itself. HATE EVERYTHING ABOUT AOL

126. How appropriate for you to display an image of a cassette player when loading email. Your email is as slow or slower than a cassette player. Try stepping up to the digital age.

127. I am very frustrated with it because it's too big, cuts out too much view and I don't have the colour and homepage icon to click onto to change it. I'm stuck with this problem

129. I have problems with the "new" AOL nearly everyday. Today for instance, can't access my email. I click on, sign in, and no email page. So much for the new and improved AOL. I'd give more examples but I have my doubts as to 1) if anyone at AOL even reads these comments, and 2) if they respond. I've yet to hear back from previous comments and concerns.

130. I hate the new interface and email has gotten so slow I am thinking of taking my companies email elsewhere.

131. Also, why does the new home page look so much like Yahoo's home page and why does the "take a tour" box show up everytime I log on or open aol.com?

132. Someone said Why do yuo keep changing things, and they are right! Every time something changes my aol doesn't work properly and I have to go through various jirations or reinstalls to get back to something that works. I am growing very tired of this.
Currently My web mail can't send messages following this latest change, and I can't view some news content when scrolling through some slide shows.
??? quit fixing things that arn't broke. You just keep breaking other things when you do that.
LEAVE IT ALONE! PLEASE!!!!!

133. I HATE THE NEW AOL & MAIL!!!
WAT TOO SLOW LOADING, AND I HATE THE "LOADING PAGE" TO WRITE MAIL AND TO READ IT. I HATE IT WHEN YOU WANT TO READ ONE EMAIL AND YOUR CURSER ROLLS OVER A DIFFERENT EMAIL AND LOADS IT.
I HATE IT BECAUSE I CAN'T RE-ORGANIZE MY FOLDERS LIKE WE USED TOO.
I DO however Love the fact that I can change my colors.
So far that's the only GOOD feature you've come up with!

134. YOUR SO STUPID! YOU CAN'T EVEN PLACE THESE BLOGS IN ORDER OF NEWEST! THE NEWEST ARE ON PAGE FRICKIN 19... INSTEAD OF THE NEWEST BLOGS FIRST! THIS IS JUST THE TYPE OF STUPIDITY I EXPECT FROM AOL.
I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR ALMOST AN HOUR FOR MY MAIL TO LOAD.... WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM!? I HAVE LOST $250.00 THIS MORNING BECAUSE OF THIS COMPANY. I INTEND TO SUE. EVERYBODY! START HOLDING AOL RESPONSIBLE! START SUING! SUE! SUE! SUE!

135. I do not want aol to be my homepage and I find it incredibly irritating to be bullied this way - forced to scroll through hype just to get my mail

136. Email has been a disaster the past several weeks. Your systems are in disarray. And it is extemely fustrating as a user.

137. I have to go to Outlook to read my e-mail. AOL is slower than ever. What is the deal on e-mail Cassette. My family has been urging me to forget AOL and use Outlook. My argument has always been that I am familiar with AOL, it is easy to use. NOT ANY MORE......IT IS ALL SCREWED UP, AND SLOWER THAN EVER. MIGHT AS WELL CANCEL MY $3.90 AOL SERVICE AND THE dsl MODEM. gO BACK AND START OVER, THE ORIGINAL SERVICE WAS BETTER (WHEN IT WORKS) THAN THIS.

138. I think the drop down box in the "AOL Music" should have been made to become personalized instead of AOL choosing the music..Maybe think about changing that

139. Everything else seems cool...I being able to change the color.
