We received a lot of negative feedback from you about the color of the new Homepage. You told us that the new color options were too neutral, washed out and a radical (but not welcome) departure from the familiar "AOL Blue".
So we took your feedback to heart and went to work on a new set of color options that features a more familiar blue as the default color and a set of more saturated (some might say "juicy") color options for you to choose from.
But before we go ahead and make another change, we want to get your opinion on the new Homepage color options. Check out the new AOL Homepage color options and then let us know what you think. Do you love them? Do you hate them? Or do you not care that much? We want to know!

1. I DON'T LIKE THE NEW AOL HOMEPAGE. I HAVE DSL WITH VERIZON/AOL.
I WAS SENDING AND RECEIVING MAIL FROM AOL. I DOWNLOADED THE TOOL BAR AND NOW ALL MY MAIL IS BEING SENT FROM AIM.! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO FIX THIS PROBLEM FOR 4 DAYS NOW AND HAVE HAD NO RESULTS.I WAITED FOR 2 1/2 HRS. ON THE PHONE WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO HELP UNTIL I GAVE UP. I HAD AOLTECH SUPPORT AND THE PROBLEM WAS STILL THERE. LATKO14304@AOL.COM

2. i've written 3 blog comments and posts and you freaks keep on
screwing it up and messing it over. I'm a great writer and it's not right for me to do the work and then you steal it, lose it whatever you do. By the way you will pay for it eventually.

5. I LIKE THE CAPPUCINO COLOR, THANKS FOR GIVING US COLOR CHOICES. BY THE WAY I USE AOL FOR MY MAIL AND HOMEPAGE, I TRIED YAHOO AND OTHERS SIMILAR TO IT AND FIND AOL TO BE THE BEST.

8. I like the color green. Don't like the new AOL which delays or even eliminates me getting my email. Slows everything down.

9. I actually like the green color. For some reason, the new AOL has slowed down everything for me. Cannot get my email sometimes. Very aggravating.

11. 1. WHEN I DRAG THE ICON TO MAKE IT MY HOMEPAGE, WHAT HAPPENS? NOTHING!
2. WHEN I CLICK FOR FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS, WHAT HAPPENS? GET AN ERROR MESSAGE THAT IT DOESN'T SUPPORT MY INTERNET EXPLORER BROWSER! THE SAME BROWSER I WAS USING JUST THIS MORNING ON AOL.COM!!!
3. I CAN'T RETRIEVE MY EMAIL! CLAIMS MY PASSWORD IS INCORRECT! HAVE TO CHANGE IT TWICE IN AS MANY HOURS!
I HAVE GIVEN UP ON AOL/NETSCAPE! FORTUNATELY, I DO NOT HAVE AOL AS MY ISP!!! GOODBYE AOL/NETSCAPE. BEEN FAITHFUL FOR YEARS BUT, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

12. I love the New AOL HomePage it reflects everything I do. But i just don't like that it is slow sometimes and the other things peaple have commented about.

14. lloks like aol hires those freaks in india that dont understand english very well , you say something in english and they think otherwise . w all know that people from other countries talk as if they are from another planet ! right ? if in rome do as the romans do ! speak clear english ! got it ? i guess their dark brown/black eyes clutter their minds view of communication ?

16. I hate the way the folder for news pops up every stinking time I sign on, overtop my emails! If I WANT to read the news, I will click on it! I sign ON to read email, not the news right off! It seems to take LONGER to sign on with this folder on there, that I DO NOT NEED!
