We received a lot of negative feedback from you about the color of the new Homepage. You told us that the new color options were too neutral, washed out and a radical (but not welcome) departure from the familiar "AOL Blue".
So we took your feedback to heart and went to work on a new set of color options that features a more familiar blue as the default color and a set of more saturated (some might say "juicy") color options for you to choose from.
But before we go ahead and make another change, we want to get your opinion on the new Homepage color options. Check out the new AOL Homepage color options and then let us know what you think. Do you love them? Do you hate them? Or do you not care that much? We want to know!
You can go back to the current the AOL Homepage color options at any time.
My Name is Lisa and I'm the Product Lead for AOL.COM. In short, I lead the team that designs, builds the new versions of AOL.com and make sure that current experience run smoothly. My mission (the team's mission) is to build the best home page for you and everyone that visits AOL.com. This is definitely NOT a one person operation. It takes a village! And I'll be introducing you to the team behind the scenes in the coming weeks.

42. Leave the old system alone. It worked well and it was easy to navigate around
. The new system is slow and not easy to access remotely!

44. I always enjoyed the old' system ...Just click on America on
line icon in the beginning and your AOL would come right up and away I'd go .....Now I have to go to Internet Explorer ,
then aol comes on, then I have to enter everything before I
begin with my Emails and ETC. Change is nice IF it is efficient!!!!! I like the SKY Blue ( if I have a Chose)

45. The color doesn't matter to me. I'm all about functionality and usability. But anyway I'd go with the sky or the orangesicle.

48. I love the new colors but every time I change the color the AOL logo disappears from the top left portion of the screen. It only comes back when I close the window and reopen the same. Just a blank page exists. Email me if you want a screen shot of the same as I saved it just in case you guys need it. Thanks

49. I like the darker AOL Blue. In fact, it was on my homepage today till I turned off the computer for a while and now it's back to the washed out blue. How do I get the dark blue back?

50. i would have to say blue, but on the flip side, i do not like how every time i switch a page the main news page comes up. if i log into check my e-mails, i do not want to see some drunk celeb getting arrested. a lot of spam mail is still getting past the spam blocker.

51. Quit messing with the fonts on my home page. If I want to try something, I'll click on it. Universal marketing is like shoving medicine down a child's throat. It is aasumed to be good for them but they don't like it. You (aol) cannot make that assumption.

55. HELP HELP HELP!!! LOOKS AS IF I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE. MAYBE I COULD CHANGE TO BELL SOUTH OR YAHOO AND GET SOME HELP

56. Well, I'd change nothing. Blue seems to be the best one, it's recognizable so much. If changed some might miss the site and that's not I suppose desirable.

57. Color sky works...I find the new aol a bit more cumbersome/sloweer...esp. in managing address book and contacts. New AOL does not allow a user to add contacts to a forwarded email ( you have to go to contacts and add an address one by one)and it does not provide a "pull down" list of contacts when searching for someones email ( ie old one allowed you to type in a few beginning words of email address while searching and the complete address would automatically pull up. This was MUCH more convenient.)

60. I clicked on link for new colors and can't see any different. They still looked washed our, pastel colors. Please make the colors a deeper, richer color, i.e. deep navy blue, eggplant etc. Please make the colors darker and richer. Many thanks
