One piece of feedback that we often receive is that its hard to find a story that you saw previously or had read earlier in the day or week and that is now not running on the site. So to address that, there is a new AOL News page called The Rewind where you will be able to see all the stories that had been previously running. You are also able to search for any Headline article that has run on our AOL.com. You can even directly subscribe to The Rewind Feed so you'll never miss a story again.
To make things easier on AOL.com, we also provide links at the bottom of each panel to some of the more popular earlier stories that you will now be able to still access on The Rewind.

It is interesting to me and a little disappointing that AOL has chosen to select pictures of the candidates that make them look as foolish as possible for this article.

As proud as I am of Obama I still feel a bit of sadness in the way the news media tried their best to just run him thru the grater. They used the Rev Wright story to no end and yet they disregarded any of the McCain associates like Hagee. It was dismissed as if what was said was not as significant as the Rev Wright story. The news media must realize that this new generation has risen above the campaign smearing and lies fabricating. I watched in disgust to see and hear how the words and actions of both Obama and Wright was embelished with assumptions about what they thought was said. Too many wrong ideas and words were injected into the entire affair. If they would listen closely they could hear Rev Wright say not the words of "gotdamn America," but instead his words were,"God Damned America, inwhich was a true statement from past to present. If America don`t change from the old hatred and bigoted ways we will fall behind others who are accomplishing far greater than we are here. We cannot afford to let America be run by the old ways of thinking that one race is superior than others. God did not give anyway that distinction of superiority over others.I am proud to be an America and an Afican American with even greater pride. May God Bless America and all Americans.

It amazes me that you guys are so biased in who you choose to pick on. Is Bill O'Reilly to successful so you try to bring them down because he has so many viewers! Find something else. We all know his temper and appreciate his demands for right versus wrong. Hmmm maybe you should watch him sometimes. We like his way of getting to the truth and the things he believes in. Oh that's probably all his viewers thing which is a lot. Find some news will you!

billibgf,
theres a couple of places where you can personalize your icon.
You can update your more complete AOL profile (including picture) here: http://profiles.aim.com/edit?req=profile-view&tab=photo
or
you could update just your AIM icon through AIM Expressions here: http://puccexp.aol.com/main.adp
Hope one of these gets to what you are trying to do.

I think time has come for Republicans marking the candidates. Weather is Obama, Hillary, or other candidates we cannot forget when they tried to impeach President Clinton and once that got into the news Republican fell one after the other for worse than what Clinton did.
But we American forget to quick however not this time and there is a hope that perhaps time has come to elect people for the office based on their capability not their personal life issues.

I have not found a place to discuss the details of navigating this new AOL. I just found it, and am truly perplexed.
First, the print is so small and pale I can barely read it, and the list of whatever is in the top left box is totally lost for me.
I assume it holds my "Favorites" which I have been unable to locate.
Can anyone tell me how to locate the particulars in getting past this over loaded homepage to more easily read instructions?
Thank you
Ali

How much longer will we have to suffer the story and picture about Ted Kennedy and his brain tumor? Please...let's get rid of that now...there will be plenty of more post time once he actully departs this earth. Or, let's also show Mary Jo's picture. She's in her grave forty years...he's been around to enjoy life up to now.

I wonder just how much the Republican Party is paying former Republican, Hillary Clinton, and her husband, to ensure that John McCain wins the Presidential Election in November, for surely, if every any two people have deliberately done all they could to divide the Democratic Party, than surely they.

Hi!
For some reason, last month the AOL Webmail team decided to remove the Unsend feature from AOL Webmail (even though the Unsend feature is still available in the AOL 9.1 and AOL Desktop software).
This reduces the value of the AOL Home Page to web browser users, since they can no longer get full access to the features of AOL Mail from the AOL Home Page.
Can you convince the AOL Webmail team to bring back the Unsend feature?

To #11 - Don,
Thanks for the suggestion. To address your comment the AOL mail team directly you may want to post on the mailblog.

Ali, are you using the AOL desktop software? Im not sure what exactly you are referring to in the “top left box”. You may want to check the AOL Desktop blog instead of the AOL.com portalblog. That link is http://desktopblog.aol.com/. If you give me a little more information, I can try and point you in the right direction.
As for the font issue, the fonts on the AOL.com site are all standard for all our users, but you may have a setting on your browser that uses smaller text sizes. You may want to try this help entry (http://help.aol.com/help/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=http--helpchannelsaolcom-kjumpadparticleId217364) to increase the font size.
Hope this helps!

It seems like most of the links on my AOL.com homepage are broken. For about the last week or so, 80% of the things I click on bring up a "PAGE NOT FOUND" error.

Why is the "latest news" popping up today still talking about the results from the KY-OR primary?
Isn't that almost two weeks old>

Howard - I think you may be having some sort of internet connectivity problem. As you might imagine, if 80% (or even 1%!) of our links were broken, we would be very concerned. You may want to try a right mouse click on any link, select "copy shortcut" and then paste into a new browser window to see if it loads. That may help to see if its somehow the page itself that is working oddly. If you try that and you still get the "page not found" error, then email me the link at aolcomfeedback@aol.com and I'll see if I can open from my end.
Hopefully we can figure it out.
