Hey everyone,
We got a lot of feedback from you all about the the ability to access your AOL Favorites (
). We know many of you spent a lot of time to add those favorites and we can completely understand not wanting to have to re-enter everything again.
So we listened to the feedback and added in a link in the My Links area of the page (upper left hand corner) that will let you access your favorites.

Please note that if you have added your own links to the My Links section (and we hope you have!!), you will not see the new "AOL Favorites" link. This will only show up if you have not customized at all. For those who already have customized, we felt it was a little intrusive to add a new link to your personalized list without your request. So for those who do not see a link, you can access the Favorites page directly from this link
By clicking on the AOL Favorites link, you will be taken to the myAOL Favorites page where you can easily manage all of your links. If you are already signed in, you should see the favorites that you may have already created if you used myAOL previously.
The great thing for all you AOL users is that you can also import all the favorites that you have gathered using the AOL software. Simply click on the Import Bookmarks link at the bottom of the page and you will be prompted to import either your AOL Software Favorite Places or import from your browser. Just follow the simple directions and you should have them all right there for you to use!

I have been with Aol for so many years and now I have had it. I am 75 years old, have been happy with AOL but,I am so dissappointed in your new site. Right here at Christmas and I cannot send greetings or speak to my many friends because of your lack of service for me.
I moved and chose the Hi speed system in July 2008 and AOL has been the one I relied upon. I have never used Q West's account yet and do not know how to operate it. I worked one whole day Friday to get a pass word to no avail with AOL. Please help me to at least get a password or get someone in your office who knows how to deal with your clients in a more helpful way. I have been in business and I know business is only as good as the courtesy shown the clients regardless of how great your product is. If I go to my other account I will advertise that space for being so kind and helpful. Thank you, Shirley Reese phone 623-465-5836 Phx. Az.

I sympathize with Shirley. I spent an entire day trying to get into AOL. Although I've been a member since about 1988, it keeps rejecting my password, It has also become the most difficult site to navigate. Don't you people try these sites out themselves? I have 3 degrees and am considered intelligent but i can't figure out how to get into AOL.

i so agree with shirley and the other poeple, last week aol keeps rejecting my password telling me it is the wrong pass word when i am 100% sure it is the right one. I don't know what they are doing, but what ever it is it sucks.

You have cost me an entire day, a lot of anger and frustration and the loss of all my Bookmarked sites! I am more than angry...this has become the nightmare site of all time for me. Why in the world would you dare mess with this all the time with no warning and with out trying this stuff out on yourselves first? Your recovery instruction do not work and the mail is is also a mess.

I have a new computer with Vista. I currently use Aol through internet Explorer which causes problems. I would like a download into programs, such as 9.1 or newer. Windows mail will not let me load pictures into composed letter. Would the download program solve these problems?? Your new Aol is fine except for the interference.
Thank you as we have enjoyed Aol over the years. RDE

I used to type in a few letters in the address line whenever I was sending mail and after one or two letters a list of possible names would pop up and I would be able to click the one I want. Now I can't. Why did you remove that? I now have to go through my entire list of names to find the address of someone I want to send an email to, wasting valuable time. Change it back!

The exact same thing is happening to me; what you described is called 'auto complete' and it won't work on my new laptop using aol on the web. I already tried the fixes and they don't work. Whatta pain in the ass! I don't know if reinstalling Internet Explorer would solve the problem but I can't live this way :(

Reading these comments scares me about my future with AOL. But what bothers me more is the continued willingness to carry the ads for the scumbag "Acai Berry" people who offer free trial but keep almost impossible to find the fact that they're going to hit you up for 89 dollars (acai berry products don't cost anywhere near that much on regular health food websites) if you don't return the unused portion of the bottle within 14 days. That's ridiculous and you know it. With the "total cleanse" added, they pulled over $160 dollars out of my account and made it very difficult to end the association. Boo to you and them. To them for being conn people, for you continuing to support the conn.
