I have an elderly woman friend who has just lost her husband. She is very confused and forgets how to access her AOL account, including forgetting her password and almost everything else needed to access the account and check her e-mail. We can't find a number to call on your website so please tell me she can get some help. Thank you,

I think AOL Sucks! I'm always having problems fowarding an email to a single person or a group of people it always bounces back with some lame-ass excuse why it could not be sent. I am sick of aol and wish I had never chosen it. Gmail and yahoo are so much better but I'm locked in to aol.

Just got your e-mail. I registered with you yesterday and can't get into my account, says invalid. I also noticed several other accounts with my name. This is most upsetting. I have been hacked into from my facebook account. I supposedly was in the UK and have been robbed. Three different msgs. have been sent with my name attached. This is most upsetting since I am a disabled senior citizen and have no means to fight this barrage. You said this was impossible. I need help.

Daine I am having a problem with that too but instead of sending them I am receiving them from different people. Plus one of the contacts I received to send them "3000 dollars" is someone I have blocked on my aol mail setting! Whats going on!

I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM- WAS TOLD I HAD INVALED PASSWORD EVERY TIME I TRIED TO LOG IN ENDED UP WITH THREE NEW ACCOUNTS INSTEAD OF ONE - CALLED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND THEY CALLED FACEBOOK AND RESOLVED THE PROBLEM - I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN BUT IAM LOCKED INTO A ONE YEAR CONTRACT - STILL DONT HAVE NEW PASSWORD - THIS WHOLE AFFAIR IS A MESS.
