I HATE this new screen! Give me the option out or I change providers! Simple as that! By September 1st give people that option. What a constant,frustrating dissapointment AOL has become!

I agree. Want to know how it is even worse? WE are actually some of the last dinosaurs to still be PAYING AOL for our service! Little by little they have done away with everything we had been paying for! My Homepage, my FTP Space, Customizing , etc. What's next ...are you going to limit how much email I can get?! We are so not going to keep paying for NOTHING!

OMG...REALLY?....This welcome screen is terrible! I'm appalled that your staff provided their new welcome screen without giving us the option to decide for ourselves what works for each of us. I took time to select what works for me and now my homepage is gone...it's gone! GONE AS IN POOFFFF!
This welcome screen says "WELCOME TO AOL - THE ONLY DICTATOR INTERNET PROVIDER"... for those users who like the new... I'm happy that you lucked out!

Really DO NOT like the "new" home page. Remember the saying, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". Why can we not make the decision of what kind of home page we want, noooo, we have to take what the unknow "they" decide is good for a home page. I don't mind change, at times it is nice, but this,REALLY! No thank you

What a bunch of jerks you are at AOL!!!! If it isn't broken why bother to fix it? job security for a bunch of IT nerds, who probably don't use it anyhow. Another reason for me to call Time Warner this afternoon and get another way to access internet. AOL is taking us all for a ride. I am on social scurity and the 10 a month will go far. I have already discovered other browsers that aren't so dumb. the font is ridculously small and what's with the nothing flanking your "new improved" (HA) welcome page? bye bye AOL

I don't like NOT having the option of items I prefer on my "welcome/home screen". I guess I just don't find the "Watch Cute Pet Videos" as interesting as a lot of people. I'd rather replace it with something I'm interested in, or delete it off my screen.

I don't care for your new welcome screen. It appears that a lot of information is missing and some of the news that is displayed is old news. Some smart yound person who is in bed with the bosses that be just got his/her chance to be stupid. I vote no!

I pretty much agree with all the negative comments on this thread; particularly chp4242. The text is rediculously small considering all the wasted screen space. To make reading easier I had boosted text size which now overlaps on new 'Welcome' page. The FAQ fix for this: "adjust 'lower' font size". Idiots. AOL has no regard whatsoever for customers.

I cannot get the canvas design to stay the way I change it. It keeps bouncing back to the boring blue AOL symbol.
Don't like any of this dumb change. I don't see any benefit to it.

I don't like it either!I feel so lost at least if they kept our basics the same,it's NOT functional,its a huge step BACKWARD! Where are my icons to my FAV? Where's AOL Radio?!Why can't we rearrange things where we want them? This has NO flexability!! You used to have cool backgrounds too like Flags and Flowers etc...Put them back w/ the New stuff but put them back.It's about CHOICE!!
